Czech Ministry for Industry & Trade: During 2003 Innovation Exchange advised the Czech Ministry for Industry and Trade along with Czech Invest on industrial policies and programmes aimed at facilitating an environment of innovation and entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic.
Innovation Management
Enterprise Ireland: In 2004, Innovation Exchange co-authored Enterprise Ireland’s “Accessing Innovation Booklet – Hard Facts on a Soft Topic” produced by the Innovation Relay Centre. This booklet and the associated seminars are aimed at helping practitioners understand the key elements of innovation so that they can manage it successfully in their businesses.
Opportunity Identification Assignment for a Medical Devices Multinational: Innovation Exchange recently completed a comprehensive training and consultancy assignment with the R&D and engineering departments of a leading international medical devices company. The purpose of the assignment was to provide in-house support for the company’s efforts to identify new product directions. This was achieved through a combination of providing world-class creativity training and the application of a number of newly developed and specialised methodologies for product concept generation.
Project Management
AMCS Ltd: AMCS Ltd is one of the leading providers of weighing and identification solutions to the waste market in Ireland and the UK. Innovation Exchange has provided full interim project management support to AMCS Ltd helping them deploy their state of the art waste management solutions and RFID systems in Cork County Council.
Shannon Broadband: Shannon Broadband is an innovative public sector initiative aimed at facilitating the rollout of pervasive broadband services throughout the Shannon Region. The Shannon Broadband company was formed as a joint venture between Shannon Development, Limerick City and Limerick, Clare, North Tipperary and Offaly County Councils. Innovation Exchange’s lead consultant, Ken Stockil has been working with the company in recent years, providing project management and technical support for various infrastructure deployment projects.
R&D Management
Innovation Exchange Ltd. has proven track record of providing interim R&D management support to a range of clients including Amideon Systems, Avocent and Accendo Technologies.
Networks & Clusters
Innovation Exchange has provided network formation, facilitation and ongoing consultancy support to a number of business networks in recent years. These include the Irish Knowledge Management Network, ShannonSoft, MBA Association of Ireland and the European Digital Media Network.
